1 bundle collard green leaves
1 tablespoon salt
Water
Fill a large pot with water. Bring water to a boil. Add salt. Add the collard greens and let boil for 3 minutes or until the leaves lose their bitter taste. Strain the leaves and immediately rinse with cold water.
